As everybody knows those are seasonal products and available fresh in specific periods of the year for short period like for example Morchella mushroom ; for quantity of forest products depend on weather, soil, and people whom go in the forest for collect them.
After been collected, same day, the forest products and moved to working factory in order to be cleaned only by hand, one by one.
After cleaning and selection step, products are moved in specific temp controlled temperature and some become dried, some cute in slices or half or quarter, depend on order. Generally many kind of packaging are possible especially for dried Porcino mushroom (Boletus edulis).
Here the list of the forest fruit we work with: aspberries (rubus ideeus), blackberries (rubus spp), blueberries (vaccinium mirtillus), sloe (prunus spinosa), dog rose (rosa canina).
